We offer yoga as a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and supportive. Our classes are gentle, intentional, and grounded. Every movement and stillness is an invitation to listen inward, to feel without judgment, and to move at your own pace.

Mindfulness and Meditation Classes

At Center of Peace, our Mindfulness and Meditation class offers a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Each session is designed to gently guide you into practices that cultivate presence, self-awareness, and inner calm.

Whether you are new to meditation or have years of experience, you’ll be supported in exploring techniques such as guided breathwork, body scans, loving-kindness practice, and simple mindfulness tools you can carry into daily life. The focus is not on “doing it right,” but on creating a compassionate space where you can meet yourself as you are.

Together, we slow down and explore what it means to live with greater ease, clarity, and compassion. These classes are an invitation to rest, reset, and remember your center—while connecting with a community that values peace and growth.

Coaching

Coaching at Center of Peace is a collaborative, heart-centered process that invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, explore your intentions with curiosity, and take empowered steps toward the life you want to live.

Grounded in presence and rooted in the body, our coaching approach honors the whole person—mind, body, heart, and spirit. Sessions may incorporate mindfulness, somatic tools, breathwork, journaling, and reflective dialogue to support clarity, alignment, and growth.

This is not about fixing what's “wrong.” It’s about remembering what’s true.
Together, we create space for you to slow down, hear yourself clearly, and move forward with integrity and intention.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, rebuilding after rupture, or seeking deeper alignment in your life, coaching at Center of Peace offers a supportive container to help you stay centered as you grow.

Workshops

Our workshops are designed to go deeper. Each one offers an opportunity to explore themes of healing, growth, and connection through focused, hands-on experiences. From inner child work and trauma-informed practices, to yoga, meditation, and creative expression, workshops provide a safe and supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow together.

Unlike regular weekly classes, workshops give us time to slow down and dive into practices more fully—whether that means learning new tools for self-care, exploring mindfulness on a deeper level, or connecting with others through shared experiences.

Workshops are open to everyone—no prior experience is needed. Each gathering is crafted to meet you where you are and invite you into a journey of discovery and community.
