Who we are
At Center of Peace, we’re building more than a yoga practice, we’re building community and connection.
Our Sangha is a space for people who are looking for more than just the hustle of accomplishing the next thing, next pose, check off the to-do list. We’re built on compassion for others, curiosity, and a shared belief that healing happens not in a vacuum but in connection to self and others.
There’s no dress code, no expectation to have it all figured out.
Just a shared intention: to show up, to be real, and to support one another as we each return to our own center—whatever that looks like. As I am sure you’ve gathered, we’re very intentional on building community, you’re involvement in building the community you want is needed and wanted here!
Some people come for movement.
Some for rest.
Some just to be in a room where it's okay to breathe a little slower.
If you’ve been longing for a place where you can be yourself, explore at your own pace, and be part of something meaningful—you’re invited, you’re wanted, you’re already home.
Meet our team!
Felicia Otto
I am RYT 500 Yoga instructor who specializes in hot temp Hatha and Yin style yoga. I first tried yoga in 2010 with a group of friends with a Groupon package. After the handful of practices, I fell in love with yoga for so many reasons, I felt the good medicine it is. In 2017 I decided to train as a yoga instructor in Albuquerque, NM. I have been teaching ever since and loving every minute of it. I was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant but have lived in NM for most of my adult life, I am living back home and excited to share my love for the practice with you all!

Our Values:
Presence
We believe healing begins with presence. By slowing down, listening deeply to ourselves and others, and returning to the body and breath, we create space for transformation.Compassionate Connection
At the heart of our work is relationship—authentic, attuned, and nonjudgmental. We honor the sacredness of each person’s story and meet them with warmth, care, and curiosity.Sovereignty & Empowerment
We trust each person as the expert of their own experience. We support growth through choice, voice, and agency—never fixing, never forcing.Integration
Healing is not linear. We value the integration of mind, body, spirit, and community. We draw from multiple modalities that are ever growing to help others come home to wholeness.Sacred Embodiment
Our bodies hold stories, wisdom, and power. We create brave and sacred spaces to explore embodiment, allowing for rest, release, and reconnection.Truth (Satya)
We strive to live and lead from truth. That includes being honest with ourselves, others, and the systems we exist within—practicing transparency, integrity, and accountability.Community (Sangha)
Healing happens in relationship. We nurture a trauma-informed, inclusive community where people feel seen, safe, and supported. Our community is forever growing and molding, adding new services, members, and activities that help us connect.Peace as a Practice
Peace is not passive. It is a practice—daily, intentional, and sometimes hard-won. We hold space for the messy middle and invite gentleness in every step.
The Vision:
We envision a world where peace is not a destination, but a lived, embodied practice. Where healing is held in community, sovereignty is sacred, and every being is welcomed just as they are. At Center of Peace, we are co-creating spaces where people reclaim their wholeness, return to their bodies, and remember their place in the greater web of life.
If this is something that calls to you, come build with us <3
